MORE WAYS TO HELP TWWM GROW
We would like to see TWWM continue to grow as a collaboration between all of its members and hope that these opportunities to volunteer will be a fun opportunity for those of you who are interested in taking a more active role in the group. This is unrelated to the staff roles and is simply a way to donate your time, help others in the community, and contribute to the growth of TWWM.
Volunteering will not be a separate role in the group
We have decided that the best way to give collaborative opportunities to as many interested players as possible is to do regular volunteer projects rather than create a new group role. Our recent poll indicated that over 100 group members were interested in taking on a volunteer role and this is would be a very difficult number of people for us to coordinate on an ongoing basis. I do not wish to put a limit on the number of players able to make contributions or make it a restricted position in the group. Your generosity means a lot to me, I want this to be a fun and inclusive opportunity and not limit it to a small number of people.
Volunteer projects will be posted regularly
When there is a project available we will update this journal and send a notification out. Different projects may have different requirements. For example: if we are seeking a writing donation for a certain project we will prioritize the use of volunteers that have already been submitting writing to the group. There may also be other stipulations to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Art donation: Front Page Banners
We are currently looking for future front page banner artists that can create our top header and our monthly prompt banners. Each month two artists will be picked and contacted by one of our Curators with the theme and details of the month. If you have been a front page artist before, please don't hesitate to apply again!Signing up to volunteer:
To apply as a front page banner artist, please reply to the featured comment below with 3 works from your gallery, that show artworks with scenic backgrounds that you have created, or photos of crafts in front of natural backgrounds you've taken. The works do not need to feature esk. We will reach out through notes and assist our volunteers privately!

It is possible that not all volunteers are chosen to be a front page banner artist and that some artists will be contacted without having applied here.

There is currently no set list of which NPCs or Greenhouse stories will need banners, so you should be comfortable drawing a variety of different backgrounds. Occasionally the TWWM team receives messages from new players who are having trouble getting started. Sometimes they are new to DeviantArt and need help with making submissions and setting up their profile, other times they just need some extra advice when going through all of TWWM's game information. If you are interested in helping new players you can volunteer to give newcomers some advice for getting started here.

Sometimes players need help with their MYO designs, especially in the Nursery. Making edits can be difficult or there may be players who are not comfortable drawing their own character references and would like to get help. If you are interested in helping other players with their MYO artwork you can volunteer here to provide free edits/revisions or character design services to TWWM players.

Sometimes we receive messages from foreign players who are having a hard time fully understanding TWWM's game mechanics and rules. If you have foreign language skills and are interested in helping our foreign players, please reply to the comment thread using the format below. When staff receive messages from players that are looking for extra help, we will connect them with available volunteers.
Language Directory
Requirements: All volunteers for language directory must be an experienced and knowledgeable player. 3 months must have passed since your first art/writing submission to the group. You should demonstrate correct knowledge of the scoring system and game mission.
